Questions, answered
Which data does AutoPoster access?
Only your TikTok open ID, display name, avatar URL and the OAuth tokens needed to publish. Video files are deleted from our server right after TikTok receives them.
Do I have to enter my TikTok password?
No. The connection happens on TikTok's own consent screen. AutoPoster never sees your password.
How do I disconnect?
Either click Disconnect in your dashboard, or in TikTok go to Settings and privacy → Security → Connected apps and remove AutoPoster. Tokens are invalidated immediately.
Which video formats are supported?
mp4 and mov. Vertical 9:16 at 1080×1920 is recommended. TikTok's duration and size limits apply.
